2.- CLEANING AND STORAGE IN COLD CHAMBERS OF SPECIAL GRAINS
STAGE 0: PERSONNEL HYGIENE CONTROL – SANITARY FILTER
All the personnel pass by this point before entering to the plant. Here the cleaning and disinfecting of the hands with liquid detergents and alcohol is carried out. The corresponding EPP’s are gived here to the personnel. The Supervisor is the person in charge of the verification.
STAGE 1: PRE-CLEANING
Here the major and minor impurities and weeds are eliminated, through the use of cutting-edge technologies that guarantee the fulfillment of the highest standards of quality and innocuousness worldwide. It has a Processing capacity of 10 ton/hour Chia. This area is separated from the clean área, but is connected directly to the next stage through conveyor belts without human manipulation.
STAGE 2: CLASSIFIERS
The received product of the previous stage is classified with the highest technology, removing the impurities and weeds of similar size as chia.
The process has an integrated dust extraction system, thus taking care of the safety of the product and the well being of the operators.
The equipment is made of stainless steel and conveyor belts have food grade category.
Here we have a process capacity of 5 ton/hour of Chia.
STAGE 3: WEIGHT SEPARATION LINE
Here the product of Stage 2 is received, through a vibration and ventilation system, the line separate by gravity the impurities and weeds of similar weight as the chia. The process has an integrated dust extraction system, thus taking care of the safety of the product and the well being of the operators.
The equipment is made of stainless steel and conveyor belts are of food grade.
It has a process capacity of 5 ton/hour of Chia.
STAGE 4: STONE AND DREG SEPARATORS
The product of Stage 3 is received to eliminate 100% of the stones and dregs by magnetic separation.
The equipment is made of stainless steel and conveyor belts are of food grade.
It has a process capacity of 3 ton/hour of Chia.
STAGE 5: PACKAGING
We receive the product from Stage 4 in a special and hermetic área, where product pass through a stainless steel temporary storage hopper with Magnets, and a first vertical-type metal detector (with a detection sensitivity for ferrous and non-ferrous metals of 1.5 mm and stainless steel of 2 mm diameter), pack the product in different presentations according to the customers requirements, fulfilling the highest standards of quality and international safety and innocuousness.
STAGE 6: METAL DETECTION IN FINISHED PRODUCT
Finished packed products pass through a second metal detector machine ensuring the non-existence of metals and the safety and innocuousness of the product. The sensitivity of the metal detector is: for ferrous and non-ferrous metals of 1.5 mm and 2 mm stainless steel, this is validated prior to use through test bodies.
In case of detection of a foreign body an audible and luminous alarm is activated in the equipment and cutting the flow of the product. The detected bag is separated from the batch and sent back to the beginning for the reprocessing.
STAGE 7: PRE-CHAMBERS
Once the product is packed with export conditions, the finished product is moved to a prechamber. until the laboratory physical analysis release the product to be moved to cold chambers with controlled temperature and humidity.
STAGE 8: VALIDATION OF QUALITY OF FINISHED PRODUCT IN LABORATORY
We count with an own laboratory for physical analysis with highly trained personnel for this purpose. Laboratory personnel take samples and analyzes the finished products, validating that the product complies with the specifications of quality and safety, innocuouness, then releasing the product for its transfer to cold chambers and subsequent commercialization.
STAGE 9: COLD CHAMBERS
We have an infrastructure of 2500 m2 distributed in 6 cold chambers each one with storage capacity of 800 tons of finished product, complying with international standards of storage. They have a temperature and humidity system controlled in digital devices that show both parameters in a constant way. Grains and seeds can be stored at temperatures from 8 º C and relative humidity of 40%.
Each batch is encoded according to process traceability and product analysis, internally in the chambers there is a separation for the organic and conventional product avoiding cross contamination
STAGE 10: CONTAINER DISPATCH
Once the product is released according to international analysis and parameters required by the client, the loading of the container is proceeded:
- Cleaning, disinfecting and container-lined.
- Installation of dehumidifiers
- Metal Detector Installation and verification
- Check bag per bag by metal detector, loading to container and sealed
3.- SPECIAL SERVICES
Natural Crops provides special services at the request of customers or in circumstances that is required:
DRYING OF GRAINS
Two stainless steel static-flow equipment, with product recirculator, and automatic gas burner, regulates the temperature in the equipment according to the programmed for homogeneous and efficient drying.
Capacity of 40 ton per every 10 hours
4 ton/hour performance.
OZONE TREATMENT
Stainless steel hoppers, a Hermetic ozone transfer chamber, and a cascade discharge system with 3 levels of ozone injection, for better contact and elimination of the microbiology in the grain.
Capacity of 1.5 ton/hour.
LABORATORY
Our own facilities in which we offer our clients services of analysis of physical purity and humidity for the different grains and seeds, analysis of germination of seeds, with personnel highly qualified according to the national norms and International.
4.- NEW FACILITIES
STORAGE NEW FACILITIES
To provide a better service to our clients, we invest in the construction of a new warehouse special for storage of 2000 m2, with corridors of circulation for forklifts and walls with insulating material that maintains a temperature of the interior lower than that of the External environment.
Capacity of 2000 tons.

We have 80% of our own production developed in fertile lands, in the different agroecological areas of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. With responsible techniques and management with the environment, performing crop rotations to ensure sustainability of the productive system. The remaining 20% we carry out with strategic alliances with medium and small producers of the medium, fulfilling with the commitment of an adequate Social responsibility corporate (CSR).
