To start the day with energy

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 5 cups of almond milk
  • bananassmall, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ofvanilla extract
  • Two pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ofnatural oatmealsoaked
  • 2 tablespoons ofraisins
  • 2 tablespoons of almondswhole raw, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ofhemp seeds (known as hemp seeds)

Preparation

Put the bananas in a medium-sized bowl and toss them with the chia seeds. Mix in the almond milk with the vanilla and cinnamon until incorporated. Place in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.

Add oats, raisins and chopped almonds to another bowl. Cover with water and soak overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, place desired amount of chia pudding in a bowl. Drain and rinse the oat, raisin and almond mixture. Add to the chia mixture along with a pinch of cinnamon and a tablespoon of hemp seeds. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
